Tax Summary Report

/api2/reports/tax_summary

The per-tax totals the Tax Summary page prints: for each tax, one line per kind of document (sales invoices, advance payments, debit notes, returns, purchases, other income, expenses, other) with its taxable amount and tax, and the tax's NET. Mirrors /owner/reports/taxes?details=0.

Figures are signed as the page prints them: sales returns, purchase invoices, purchase credit notes and expenses are negative; purchase returns are positive. totals.net and each block's net are the page's NET rows.
