/api2/reports/tax_declaration

Tax declaration for a period: three tables (Sales, Purchases, Others), one row per tax with transactions, each with column totals, and a net tax figure.

Mirrors the summary view of /owner/reports/new_taxes. The line-by-line Tax Details view is a separate report; details is refused. The page's settlement form is a write action and is not part of this endpoint.

Key off tax_id, never label -- labels carry the translated name and the rate. Figures are unformatted numbers, rounded to five decimals. With currency=-1 every currency is converted into the base currency.

Not paginated. An account with more than 150 taxes (a per-deployment ceiling) and no tax_id is answered 400 rather than truncated.

Requires the View all tax reports permission.
